الدكتور أحمد صفوت
استراتيجي وقائد تنفيذي معترف به دوليًا في مجال الرعاية الصحية، يتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 25 عامًا في قيادة الحوكمة السريرية، والاعتماد، وإدارة الجودة، والتحول الشامل للأنظمة، وتطوير أعمال الرعاية الصحية في مصر والمملكة العربية السعودية ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
يشغل حاليًا منصب عضو مجلس إدارة في مجموعة الرعاية الصحية الدولية (HCI)، وشريكًا إداريًا لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا في منصة HealthFlow، التي تُعتبر منصة تبادل المعلومات الصحية الأكثر تفصيلًا وشمولًا في أفريقيا. بالتوازي مع ذلك، يرأس لجنة الاعتماد والجودة في فرع الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا التابع لجمعية الرعاية العاجلة الأمريكية، ولجنة التخطيط الاستراتيجي للجمعية الأفريقية للرعاية الصحية والأدوية، وجائزة مصر الخضراء في ممارسة الصيدلة (EGAPP). كما يُساهم كعضو مجلس إدارة في المجلس المصري لمناصري المرضى، وأستاذ مساعد في الجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة، حيث يُدرّس دورات في إدارة المستشفيات، والتميز في الجودة، والقيادة التشغيلية.
كان الدكتور صفوت سابقًا عضوًا مؤسسًا في مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة المصرية لاعتماد وتنظيم الرعاية الصحية (GAHAR)، حيث قاد اللجنة العليا التي وضعت أول معايير رعاية صحية معتمدة دوليًا في البلاد. وترأس فريق العمل الوطني - بالشراكة مع منظمة الصحة العالمية ووزارة الصحة والهيئات التنظيمية الرئيسية - لصياغة الإطار الشامل للطب عن بُعد في مصر ومشروع القانون ذي الصلة. كما قدّم استشارات لوزارة الصحة السعودية بشأن برنامجها الوطني للتميز السريري، حيث أسس هياكل الحوكمة ومعايير التدقيق السريري.
يشتهر الدكتور صفوت كمتحدث رئيسي ومستشار، ويجمع بين الدقة الأكاديمية والقيادة العملية لتوجيه الحكومات والمنظمات غير الحكومية وشبكات الرعاية الصحية الخاصة نحو التميز المستدام.

Dr. Ahmed Safwat is
An internationally recognized healthcare strategist and executive leader with over 25 years of experience driving clinical governance, accreditation, quality management, system-wide transformation and healthcare business across Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region.
He currently serves as a Board Member of the Healthcare International Group (HCI), and a Managing Partner for MENA region at HealthFlow which has been recognized as the most detailed and comprehensive Health Information Exchange Platform in Africa. In parallel, he chairs the Accreditation & Quality Committee for the Urgent Care Association of America’s MENA Chapter, the Strategic Planning Committee of the African Healthcare & Drug Association, and the Egyptian Green Award in Pharmacy Practice (EGAPP). He also contributes as a Board Member of the Egyptian Council for Patient Advocates and as an Adjunct Professor at the American University in Cairo, teaching courses in hospital management, quality excellence and operational leadership.
Previously, Dr. Safwat was a founding board member of Egypt’s General Authority for Healthcare Accreditation & Regulation (GAHAR), where he led the Supreme Committee that developed the country’s first internationally-accredited healthcare standards. He chaired the national task force—partnering with WHO, the Ministry of Health and key regulatory bodies—to craft Egypt’s comprehensive Telemedicine Framework and corresponding draft legislation. He also advised Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health on its National Clinical Excellence Program, establishing governance structures and clinical audit standards.
