Our retreats are an extension of The Art of You Workshop curriculum, with more time and room to delve into the talks, the teachings and the practices, away from everyday’s distractions.

This is a chance for participants to connect better with themselves and hence with everything, at a seemingly interesting time of a new year starting.

This retreat is open to new participants who haven’t attended The Art of You workshop. If you feel this is for you then you’re welcomed to join the flow. 🪁
