Sara Aziz is a certified 500 Hrs Registered yoga Teacher, she has started practicing Yoga since 2013 in The Mulana Azad Cultural Indian Center in the Indian Council in Egypt and has been a member of the MACIC Yoga team; she has participated in many Yoga events including the International Yoga day across Egypt then she has travelled to continue her Yoga passion and teaching in the SVYAS Yoga school in india in 2016 where she got the chance to learn and practice yoga with many yoga teachers and got her certificate. Then she returned to Egypt to continue her Yoga teaching journey across Egypt ever since.


سارة عزيز هي مدربة يوجا مسجلة حاصلة على شهادة ال500Hrs RYT ، بدأت سارة ممارسة اليوجا في سنة ٢٠١٣ في بمركز مولانا آزاد الهندي بالقنصلية الهندية و أصبحت عضو في فريق اليوجا التابع للقنصلية الهندية و شاركت في عدة احداث خاصة باليوجا حول مصر منها اليوم العالمي لليوجا التابع للقنصلية، ثم سافرت سارة للهند لتدرس اليوجا و تمارسها مع عدة من مدربين اليوجا و تحصل على شهادتها من مدرسة اليوجا الهندية SVYAS في عام ٢٠١٦ . ثم عادت سارة من الهند لتبدء جولتها و شغفها في تدريس اليوجا في عدة أماكن في مصر.
