Many people don’t realize how much the distance between the base of the nose and the upper lip can influence overall facial balance.
When this area (the philtrum) is longer, the upper lip can appear flatter or less defined. A lip lift is one of the options that can help adjust this proportion by subtly shortening this distance, which may improve lip visibility and overall harmony of the midface.
This procedure is also commonly performed alongside other facial procedures such as a facelift or mid-face lift, depending on each patient’s overall goals and assessment.
Every face is different, and the right approach always depends on individual evaluation.

Collaboration between colleagues is something we truly value.
Some patients come directly to us.
Others are referred — especially when cases are more complex or require a more specialized approach.
And when needed, we also refer.
Because at the end of the day, it’s not about one doctor.
It’s about doing what’s right for the patient.
To our colleagues who trust us with their patients — thank you.
We don’t take that lightly.
