This is a case of Eye injury with multiple intraocular Foreign Bodies and densely organized vitreous hemorrhage and a blood stained cornea making visualization of the vitreous cavity impossible.
Despite the great effort done, the visual outcome of such eye is extremely guarded considering the damage the retina has sustained.
Dr Wael El Gendy demonstrates vitrectomy and FB removal under corneal prosthesis and reattaching the corneal graft.
