I'm a member of the Royal Collage of obstetrics and gynecology, London and I have the honor to work in the committee representing the Royal Collage in Egypt (ERC). I'm a consultant at Matareya Teaching Hospital (MTH), Hayat Medical Center (HMC) and Farid Habib Hospital (FHH). I also have my own private clinic (Royal Clinic of Women's Health). I'm dedicated to help women through all stages starting from adolescent problems, premarital consultation, care during pregnancy and delivery up to menopausal time. Menopause and women’s health in later life

I will start my series with a subject which is close to my heart although not in the centre of attention. It is about women’s health around menopause and beyond, addressing topics important to women at this stage of life.

I think this is of paramount importance. Medicine nowadays relies on a more interactive relation between the doctor and the patient; treatment should be a shared decision after informed discussion.
