Stage 4 POP-Q Uterine descent procidentia with G3 heamorroids in Grand multiparous woman GMP5 44years
Vaginal hysterectomy done with laparoscopic assisted Apical suspension of va**nal cuff with mesh to strong pelvic structure
Heamorrhoidectomy concurrently with the POP repair done
Small fistula track developed between the ureter and va**na during her Follow up care
MDT consultation (Urologist,urogyne ,intervention radiologist)
After consultation of 3 consultant Urologist and one urogyne they recommended Nephrostomy tube
Nephrostomy tube inserted by intervention radiologist
With conservative treatment till fistula track completion
