THE YOGA SPACE, A SPACE WITHIN...

The Yoga Space is a cozy, bright and peaceful space created beginning of 2014, with the launching of the first schedule in February 2014. The name came up from a dream: to have a small space where I share what I've learned about Yoga from my teachers in India and from my own practice. It's not a studio, it is not a school, it's much more simple: just a Yoga Space, where all details are as much as possible created from an honest loving perspective. This place have been witnessing the efforts and regular practice of a group of women... we unfold our mats here in the search of health, happiness and perhaps a truth... The space then becomes a space within, a space of peace and freedom, hopefully for all of us.
