5 مرضي في شهر واحد : مسكنات لفترات طويلة نسبيا (من 15 يوم فأكثر ) تسببت في فشل كلوي حاد و 3 منهم حدث لهم قرحة بالمعدة و انيميا حادة و احتاجوا الي نقل دم ...و 2 احتاجوا عدة جلسات غسيل كلوي.

المسكنات عند اللزوم فقط و لمدة قصيرة (3 الي 5 ايام ) ، و اقلها خطرا الباراسيتامول (ادول - بانادول - ابيمول) .
