✨ Full Arch Rehabilitation – All on 6 Case ✨

A challenging case presented with completely edentulous maxilla and only few remaining lower anterior teeth with grade II mobility (terminal dentition).

The treatment plan involved:
🔹 All-on-6 upper and lower arches using a free-hand open surgical technique.
🔹 Cantilever extension on both sides for functional balance.
🔹 Ridge reduction and flattening in the lower arch to achieve an FP3 design.
🔹 Immediate placement of multi-unit abutments with bone grafting over one submerged implant in the upper arch.

After 3 months of healing, all implants osseointegrated successfully except one in the upper right canine area.
Final prosthesis delivered after multiple bite adjustments and a precise titanium framework try-in.

تنظيف العديد من الخراريج علي مرحلتين وعلاج الاسنان تم حقن العضلات لعلاج الجز العنيف وكانت الاسنان مبدايا في حالة متاكله بسبب الجز العنيف الطاحن
تم تقسيم الزراعة علي مرحلتين لضيق الوقت
المرحلة الاولة تمت بالصور والمرة الثانيه في الزيارة القادمة سوف يتم عمل زراعة عظام ورفع الجيوب الانفية واستكمال المتبقي من الزرعات
تم اخذ الصور بعد التسليم مباشرة في شهر يناير ٢٠٢٥ وتم النشر الان بعد الاطمئنان علي سلامة المريض ومتابعة النتائج 🙏🌻

الحمدلله متابعة ناجحة لمدة ٥ سنوات لمريضة تم عمل لها العديد من زرعات الأسنان وزراعة عظام ورفع الجيب الانفي وتم عمل ابتسامة هوليوود والقشور التجميلية لبعض الاسنان و اغطية لبعض للاسنان الاخري
تم التقاط الصور مباشرة بعد اجراء تنظيف الجير الروتيني والمتابعة الروتينيه للمريضة

5 years follow up recall X-ray for 6 posterior 2 piece implants with sinus lifting in the upper left posterior area and buccal wall bone build up(one stage) for tooth num 12 with zero bone loss and 1 year follow up for 2 anterior compressive M implants.
