‏ • A reliable and accurate assessment and evaluation tools is important to reach proper diagnosis then focused treatment
‏ • Physical therapist must have good education to use nerve conduction and EMG for neuromuscular diagnosis and evaluation
‏ • Nerve conduction can evaluate each segment along nerve pathway and also neuromuscular junction and muscle pathology
‏ • Neurography is easy to learn with high gold standard for entrapment neuropathy and neuropathic diseases
‏ • Can detect prognosis or referral to surgery
