✅ The First EVAR ( IVL pre EVAR ) in EGYPT .

For male 72 years old , Heavy smoker , Hypertensive presented with acute abdominal pain
urgent CT aortography revealed Abdominal aneurysm contained rupture .
Heavily calcification with tortousity and significant stenosis at Aortic-common iliac bifurcation .
Uncrossable access for devices ,PTCA wires successfully crossed and intravascular lithotripsy with good preparation .
EVAR successfully performed .
Access closure With Preclose proGlide closure system at Rt access and SFA puncture with using graft stent at Left access
