​الحسد بيضيع وقتك ومجهودك في مراقبة حياة غيرك. كل اللي عمل انجاز من ناس بنشوفهم ناجحين النهاردة، وصلوا لأنهم ركزوا في حلمهم وبس، وما كانوش شايفين حد غيرهم.
​ركز في خطواتك، اتعب على حلمك، وخليك أنت "البطل" في قصتك مش مجرد "مشاهد" لنجاحات الغير.
​Focus on your path, not their pace. 👌

سعدت جداً باللقاء والحوار الجميل مع الإعلامي الدكتور أيمن رشوان في برنامج "الناس الحلوة" على "القاهرة والناس ٢".
​اتكلمنا عن "جراحات اليد" وأنواع أمراض واصابات اليد وأهميتها.
​تجربة رائعة ومناقشة شيقة وثرية أتمنى أن تنال اعجابكم.

الأهم من شكل الأشعة هو شكوى المريض! 💡
دكتور .hussein.saad اتكلم في مبدأ مهم لكل أطباء العظام، احنا بنُعالج المريض، وليس الأشعة.
ممكن تبين أشعة المريض أسوأ درجات خشونة المفاصل، لكن إذا كان الألم بسيطاً وحركته ممتازة، فهو ده هدفنا الأساسي في اي خطة علاج! وعلى العكس تماماً، ممكن تبين الأشعة خشونة بسيطة، لكن المريض غير قادر على الحركة واحيانا النوم من شدة الألم.
مبدأنا في كل تخصصات العظام: لا يهم كم تبدو الصورة سيئة؛ قرار العلاج مبني على مدى تأثير المرض على حياة المريض ووظيفته اليومية.
الشكر لمن ذكر هذه النقطة القوية، التي تؤكد أن الخبرة في العظام تبدأ بالاستماع الجيد للمريض أولاً.👌

Picture this: It's the '80s. Your mixtape is fire 🔥. Then BAM! The cassette tape explodes. 🤯 Tape everywhere!
Your landline phone can't help you.😁 YouTube tutorials don't exist. What do you do?
Your only tools: A trusty #2 pencil and your brain.
The Question: How do you save your tunes?
* Cry.
* Throw it out.
* Use the pencil to wind the tape back in! ⏪
* Blame your younger sibling. (Worked for so many things, but not this)
The Answer: #3, of course! We were resourceful back then. 😉
