✅ اتكلم مع فريقك الطبي�الإرهاق مش حاجة لازم تتقبلها، فيه طرق تساعدك تتحسن.
✅ تحرك حتى لو بسيط�المشي أو أي نشاط خفيف يحسن الطاقة والمزاج، حتى لو دقائق قليلة يوميًا.
✅ رتّب أولوياتك�اعمل المهم في الوقت اللي عندك فيه طاقة، وفوّض أو أجّل الباقي.
💡 وفر مجهودك للحاجات اللي بتحبها، وحاول تخليها أسهل (مثال: لو بتحب الزراعة، استخدم أحواض مرتفعة بدل الانحناء).
