عايز انوه ان حالات الجداري chicken pox المائي منتشرة جدا في المدارس اليومين دول... في تلات حالات شوفتهم في اسبوع. لازم ننوه ان تطعيم الجداري المائي مش من التطعيمات الاساسية في وطارة الصحة و بالتالي في امهات كتير مدوهوش.... لكن ملحوقة لو ابنك اتعرض لحالة في المدرسة ممكن تروحي بسرعة اي مكان بيطعم تطعيمات اضافية زي المصل و اللقاح و تدي ابنك او بنتك تطعيم الchicken pox خلال ٣ ايام من التعرض للعدوي... لو دا حصل نسب اصابة الطفل تكد انشالله تكون معدومة.

المقال دا مهم اوي لانه بيشرح ان الطفل من عمر يوم لست اسابيع اللي بيرضع طبيعي ما بينامش فترة طويلة علي بعضها. المقال بيشرح ليه الموضوع دا طبيعي. طب انا جبت سيرة الموضوع دا ليه؟ ببساطة مع صحيان و عياط الطفل الكتير في السن دا امهات كتير بيفتكروا ان ابنهم جعان و ان لبن الام مش مكفيه و يبتدوا يدوا صناعي... و طبعا لان الصناعي بيتخد بكميات اكبر بيبان ان الموضوع فعلا كان يستلزم لبن صناعي و الحقيقة ان الصحيان كتير عادة اصيلة عند حديثي الولادة و مش شرط ابدا يكون معناه الجوع

This week I have seen a lot of cases with a throat picture of Herpangina.. Herpangina is a disease caused by Cosackie and other enteroviruses. Main presentation is mouth ulcers (as shown in the pictures) Fever that may last whole disease duration around 4 to 7 days. However what is famous about herpangina is the abscence of exanthem (skin rash) but with review of literature I discovered that it may come with exanthem in the hands and foot.
NB: Herpangina is caused by different subtype of Cocksackie than Hand Foot and mouth
disease and is a different syndrome. In hand foot and mouth disease vesicles or ulcers are mainly as in herpes around not inside the mouth.
NB: Zovirax does not work with herpangina.

Never ever counsel parents to replace ORS with water... Drinking water is low in sodium. Hyponatremia observed in cases with dehydration may be caused by such an error.

لو سمحت لو لاحظت ان ابنك او بنتك عندهم اسهال و الاسهال دا فيه مخاط او دم و معاه diaper rash عنيف ... فكري كام ايه اللي اتغير في اكل او رضاعة ابنك ....
1-Cow milk allergy commonly presents with diaper rash + diarrhea tinged with mucus and blood
2-Cow milk allergy may be found in breast fed infants if their mother are consuming cow milk of inappropriate quality
