lumbar Disc Herniation is a painful condition. 85-90% of affected patients can escape surgery by means of bed rest, some pills and physical exercise. It is specially designed to keep postoperative pain to the minimum and yet more effective than older types of surgery.
الانزلاق الغضروفي هو احد اهم اسباب الام الظهر والساقين. حوالي 85-90 % من المرضى المتضررين يمكنهم تفادي الجراحة عن طريق الراحة في السرير, بعض الحبوب والتمرينات البدنية. في حالة استمرار الالم او الضعف يمكن ان تستفيد من جراحة بسيطة تسمى microdiscectomy. وهي مصممة خصيصا لابقاء الم ما بعد الجراحة الى الحد الادنى. ومع ذلك اكثر فعالية من الانواع القديمة من الجراحة.

التشخيص المبكر للإنزلاق الغضروفي يساعد في العلاج..
علامات تشير الي وجود انزلاق غضروفي:
1. آلام قوية في المنطقة السفلية من الظهر والتي تمتد حتى الساقين أو الأقدام .
2. تزايد آلام الظهر والساقين عند الجلوس أو الانحناء.
3. قد تظهر إضطرابات في الاحساس في إحدى الساقين.
4. إحتمال حدوث وخز أو خدر في الجانب الداخلي من الفخذ وحول فتحة الشرج وأحيانا فقدان السيطرة الجزئية في التبول.
~ ترتبط حدة الآلام بما إذا كان الانزلاق الغضروفي مرتبط بوجود أعصاب مجاورة مضغوطه ولذلك ليس من الضروري أن تظهر جميع الأعراض المذكورة في نفس الوقت..
