MARPE was done first , followed by pulling out premolar teeth and 2 tomas Miniscrews from to retract lower teeth .. and case finished non surgical braces #ортодонтия .dental

She presented to clinic with her top teeth sticking out .. since she was still growing around 13 y we decided to enhance the growth of button jaw without pulling out any teeth at all .. Twin Block functional appliance was used to correct overjet followed by braces as second stage .. T loop was used to support torque of upper incisors while using class II elastics .. she is enjoying her smile 1y after finishing her braces braces #ортодонтия

She came to my clinic complaining of her teeth “ sticking out “.. 4 premolars teeth were pulled out and spaces closed .. moreover , she visited me 2 years and 5 years after we finished treatment , and still she is enjoying her super smile .. this is the definition of stability after braces #ортодонтия
