the Advanced Emotional Intelligence (EI) Training was conducted to support our team in strengthening emotional awareness, communication, and leadership skills.

The session focused on enhancing the ability to navigate workplace challenges with greater clarity, empathy, and confidence.

This training was designed for team members across Human Resources, Human Health, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations & Manufacturing,
and was targeted toward Middle Management levels, including Section Heads, Supervisors, and District Managers.
