If you are spending your holiday in Egypt, remember these few points to avoid sickness;
1.Hydration. Hydration. Hydration (3-4 liters per day) and it depends on how much time u spend in the sun.
2.Avoid too much alcohol
3.Avoid staying long periods in our sun because it’s nasty, otherwise u will get severe burns and face swellings up to angioedema
4.hygiene, be friendly, shake hands, but sterilize afterwards after touching any surfaces because not everyone has the same sense of hygiene like you.
5.if u have young toddlers, it’s better for them to swim in the sea than the pool, because they drink pool water and that’s not good. (Stomach issues)
6.our food is delicious and also spicy that u might not be used to, so take it easy with portions and bear in mind our high temperature helps bacteria grow quickly in our foods, so maintain a hot and portion appropriate meals and don’t overdo it.
7.the sea is beautiful but what’s hidden sometimes can harm u, watch ur step, dont go so deep in the water without professional guide.
8.last but not least, if u need medical help, seek a doctor and not pharmacist, because a lot of them are just sellers and are not aware of medications side effects or age appropriate. A real pharmacist will recommend u to see a doctor in case of acute situations that require medical attention.
