Siren~~one of the most powerful archetypes of feminine energy and also one of my favorite. She is so magnetically seductive. 🐚
She is a magnet of all that she desires, she doesn’t need to chase but all comes to her naturally. 🧜🏻‍♀️
She is unapologetically herself and knows to protect her freedom. 🌊
Like the sea, the Siren is fluid, ungraspable, and endlessly enticing, luring her victims into a world of adventure and potential danger.
Amidst the whispers of the waves, she rediscovers her untamed spirit—every woman carries the timeless allure of a SIREN within her soul.
As a woman Channel that energy through being present; tools like mindfulness and meditation or prayer to align and manifest. as well as movement and voice to ground and open energy centers/chakras.
Protect your energy and set boundaries, like a Siren that controls her song to attract only what serves her best 🌬️

Addicted to movement 🤩

Us humans we all tend to have some unhealthy tendencies at times….whether it is excessive eating, binging on social media and tv or other “unhealthy habits” and behaviors.
And we are prone to have this addictive personality to one extent or another unless we have completely healed our inner child and generational wounds (which is let’s be honest a long time at to go for most) 😉
So the point is to direct that energy else where, easiest is movement in my opinion.
As it is proven that exercise releases feel-good neurotransmitters, endorphins and dopamine, which elicit a reward response, similar to the effect of opioids. The positive effects of physical exercise include stress relief, mood elevation, and reduction in the symptoms of depression and anxiety!
So give me one reason not to start moving more frequently 🐒

⁉️Did you know that first time I tried yoga in my early 20’s I thought it would never be something that I’d be enjoying‼️

My mind was so restless and I felt very uncomfortable in being still and the Sanskrit names for poses frankly made me feel silly and confused.
I felt it was hard but in a weird way, not like the usual workouts I was familiar with.

It was not before my 30’s that I really understood the benefits of both physical and spiritual aspect of it.

Now I believe it is essential practice for both healthy body and stable mind, it’s a practice that we should all adopt and use to improve the quality of our lives 🌟
