الحاله دي متكررة بس نادرا ما بيبقي منظرها كده الجراحين عارفين ان اشهر اماكن للناسور الشعري هما السرة و العصعص و دي الاماكن اللي بيتغرز فيها الشعر المتساقط من جسم المريض و تسميته ناسور عصعصي بسبب مكانه لكن الاشمل كلمه (ناسور شعري) لأنها بكده بتتسمي باسم السبب مش بمكانه
و في اماكن ثاني نادرة شويه زي (القضيب، الإبطين، المنطقة ما بين الثديين،الثدي نفسه، الفخذ، الأنف، الرقبة، البظر، المنطقة فوق العانة، جدار الصدر عند الرجال، القلفة، الذقن،خلف الرقبه ، الوجه و المنطقه و بين الاصابع اللي بيحصل للحلاق ما بين الاصابع نظرا لتعامله مع شعر الزبون و هو بيقصه فبيتغرز تحت الجلد )
النهارده هتكلم عن منطقه السرة
و السره انواع كتيره منها السره البارزة او بيسموها مغلقة و دي اقلهم في المشاكل
و في العميقه و دي ثلاث انواع ( افقيه؛عموديه؛علي شكل مصباح)و دي تجويفها بيحوش وبر و شعر و خلايا ميته و اوساخ و ممكن تلتهب بسهوله و تنزل افرازات ذات رائحه كريهة او مدممه لو كونت نسيج حبيبي فيه عدوي
في الغالب بننضف وونغسل كويس و نطلع الشعر و كام يوم و بيخف لو مفيش شعر دخل تحت الجلد يحتاج للجراحه
الصوره بقي لمريض جه بيعاني بحكه ووافرازات ريحتها وحشه من السره بتروح و تيجي لها سنه فقررت انظف زي العاده بس اللي مش عادي لقيت الخصله دي من الشعر و الوبر و الافرازات و للأمانه حجمها مش صغير و ليها امتداد لجوه و بعدها في نسيح حبيبي مش نظيف اسبوع نظافه و غسيل و رجع زي الفل
This condition is common, but it rarely looks like this. Surgeons know that the most common places for pilonidal sinus are the navel and the coccyx. These are the places where the hair that falls out from the patient’s body gets stuck. It is called a sacrococcygeal sinus because of its location, but the more general word is (pilonidal sinus) because it is named after the cause, not its location. There are other rare places such as (the p***s, armpits, the area between the breasts, the breast itself, the thigh, the nose, the neck, the cl****is, the area above the p***s, the chest wall in men, the fo****in, the chin, the back of the neck, the face and the area and between the fingers, which happens to the barber between the fingers due to his handling of the customer’s hair while cutting it, so it gets stuck under the skin). Today I will talk about the navel area. The navel has many types, including the protruding navel, or they call it closed, which is the least problematic, and the deep navel, which has three types (horizontal, vertical, in the Lightbulb shape ), and this type has a cavity. It collects lint, hair, dead cells, and dirt, and it can easily become inflamed and secretions with a bad smell or blood come out if it forms infected granulation tissue . We usually clean and wash it well and remove the hair and topical antibiotic cream. After a few days, it will get better. If there is no hair that has entered under the skin,in which may surgery is needed.
This picture is of a patient who came in suffering from itching and secretions with a bad smell from the navel that come and go for a year. I decided to clean it as usual, but what was unusual surprise that I found this tuft of hair, lint, and secretions. To be honest, it is not small in size and it extends inside. After that, there is infected granulation tissue . A week of cleaning and washing and it came back to being like new.
