العناية بالبشرة الجافة:
الجلد الجاف او الحساس معرض اكثر من غيره من انواع البشرة للاصابة بالحكة المزمنة، القشور ، التشققات و الجروح.

للعناية بالبشرة الجافة او منع ظهور الحكة و القشور يجب اتباع التعليمات الآتية:
١- الاستحمام بماء دافئ و ليس حار.

٢- تقليل وقت الاستحمام الي ٥- ١٠ دقائق.

٣- إستخدام غسول للجسم خالي من العطور و مخصص للبشرة الحساسة.

٤- استخدام كمية قليلة من غسول الاستحمام علي الجسم و عدم إستخدام كمية كبيرة منه لغسل الجسم.

٥- تنشيف الجسم بعد الاستحمام بمنشفة ناعمة و بلطف و تجنب فرك جلد الجسم بالمنشفة بقوة.

٦- وضع مرطباً فوراً بعد تنشيف الجسم من الاستحمام.

٧- فائدة المرطب بعد الاستحمام فوراً هو حبس الماء داخل الجلد و يفضل استخدام مرطب يكون مرهم أو كريم أفضل من اللوشن.

٨- إستخدام مرطب شفايف مناسب لبشرة الشخص فإن كان هناك إحساس بالحرقة أو التحسس فيجب تغيير المرطب بمرطب آخر مناسب للشفايف لا يؤدي الي تحسس.

٩- تجنب استعمال المستحضرات التي تحتوي علي مواد مثل الكحول، احماض الفواكه، المستحضرات المعطرة، و مشتقات فيتامين A الا تحت اشراف طبيب.

١٠- لجفاف اليدين و هي غالباً اول منطقة يظهر عليها الجفاف لبس القفازات أثناء ممارسة الاعمال اليدوية سواء في الطبخ او المهن اليدوية الاخرى.

١١- ترطيب اليدين دائماً بعد كل غسلة و بعد تعرضها للماء.

١٢- إستخدام مستحضرات غسل الملابس المكتوب عليها كلمة "Hypoallergenic".

في حال كان الجفاف بسبب مرض جلدي معين و لم يستجب للتعليمات السابقة فيجب زيارة الطبيب لعلاج المرض المسبب لجفاف الجلد.

Dry skin care routine:

Dry skin or sensitive skin is more prone than other skin types to problems like chronic itching and inflammation, scabbing, and skin cracks and wounds.

Care routine for should be followed to prevent the above mentioned problems.

Shower rules that should be followed:

1- Shower with lukewarm water not hot water.

2- Decrease shower time to maximum 5 to 10 mins.

3- Use shower gel free of any fragrances and use one that is specific for dry and sensitive skin.

4- Use as little amount of shower gel as possible.

5- Pat dry the body with a gentle towel without hard friction.

6- Using a Moisturizer immediately after a shower.

7- Using a moisturizer immediately after a shower is to trap water inside the skin cells. It is better to use an ointment or cream type of moisturizer rather than a lotion type.

8- Use a lip balm that is suitable for your skin and if it caused irritation or burning change it immediately with a better one which doesn’t cause allergy.

9- Stop using products that contains alcohol, fruit acids, fragrances, and Vitamin A (unless it is used under a dermatologist supervision)

10- For hand dryness; which is probably the first area that is affected, use gloves during daily duties and other hand work like cooking and cleaning.

11- Always moisturize your hands after washing or getting them wet.

12- Always use clothes detergent that specifically says “Hypoallergenic”.

In case that the dryness is cause by a disease please consult a dermatologist for a specific case treatment.

هو مرض جلدي مزمن يظهر علي شكل بقع بنية في منتصف الوجه او علي منطقة الخدين في الأغلب و لكن قد يظهر في اماكن أخري في الوجه او حتي الجسم.

يصيب في الأغلب النساء من عمر ٢٠ الي ٤٠ سنة و يظهر خاصةً في الناس ذوي البشرة البنية و الناس التي تتعرض للشمس بكثرة.

أهم اسباب ظهوره هي:
١- التعرض لاشعة الشمس بكثرة.
٢- أثناء فترة الحمل.
٣- أدوية منع الحمل.
٤- بعض انواع المكياچ.
٥- خمول الغدة الدرقية.
٦- وراثي بنسبة ٦٠٪؜.
