Why I'm going to sauna 2 times per week?!
Firstly my mom since my 4 year old was taking me with her to sach procedure- weekly☝ no jokes💥 - for many years
Combined with proper nutrition and discipline, a bath is an excellent tool for losing weight, removing toxins from the body and speeding up metabolism. Body purification rituals have reached us from ancient times and different traditions, and we have successfully stated that visiting a sauna regularly has a beneficial effect on immunity, relieves, stimulates all vital flows in the body. The most important effect, in my opinion, is Relaxation: By improving blood circulation and lymph drainage, the muscles of the whole body and fascias are actively relaxed, tension is relieved to the level of nerve tips, which means that the nervous system is source of restoration. Poor quality or lack of relaxation is the main drawback on the path of a healthy, happy being!

BEFORE THE WHOLE WORLD IS DESTROYED - SAVE YOURSELF!
"Rumi says, 'The news we hear is full of grief for the future. But the real news is inside, and it is that there is no news at all. Everything is silent, and everything is just as beautiful, peaceful, blissful as always. There are no changes at all; hence there is no news. Inside is eternal ecstasy, forever and ever."
I will repeat once again that these lines can become a reality during your lifetime. Before that happens, you must go inside yourself to a place where there has never been news, where everything is eternal and unchangeable, where spring never comes or goes, but always remains; where the flowers were from the very beginning - if there was any beginning - and will remain until the very end, if there is any end. In fact, there is no beginning and no end, but the garden is lush, green and full of flowers.
Before the outer world is destroyed by your politicians, enter your inner world. This is the only security left, the only shelter from nuclear weapons, from global su***de, from all these idiots who have so much destructive power. At least you can save yourself.
I hoped, but as the days passed and I became more and more familiar with human stupidity... I still hope only out of old habit; but in fact my heart is humbled that only a few people can be saved.
All mankind intends to destroy itself. And these people... if you tell them how to save them, they will crucify you. They will stone you to death.
Walking through the world, I still laugh, but there is a subtle sadness in this. I still dance with you, but not with the same enthusiasm as ten years ago. It seems that the higher forces of consciousness are powerless against the lower and ugly forces of politicians. The higher is always fragile, like a rose flower; you can destroy it with a stone. Join Yulia Baturina's upcoming teacher training course to become an air yoga instructor. In this course, you will learn the history and origin of Air Yoga, about the different schools and techniques. You will also learn about the equipment necessary for aerial yoga in addition to installation techniques, types of suspension systems and the appropriate safety precautions and warnings. Learn the rules for instructors and the basic principles of creating your own lessons, load levels and training tasks along with the 130 basic asanas with a hammock, and the proper techniques to prevent injuries.
In this course you will:

Learn about warmup options
Learn how to conduct a standard lesson for beginners and advanced students
Learn and perform the standing, power, inverted and relaxation poses
Learn and perform bends and inclinations
Learn how to stretch with the support of the hammock
Learn and perform flying and acrobatic variations
Learn techniques for restoration and rehabilitation through massage with the support of a hammock
Get tips on how to position yourself in the market and find a job as an aerial yoga instructor
Take an exam and become a certified Aerial Yoga Instructor!

The course is taught in English. Understanding, speaking and writing in English is required
