Thank you and for an amazing weekend workshop! I think everyone came out with a different perspective of how to work with the body, and a lot of eye-opening information about the meridians, fascia & how our bodies function. And of course, the best part was putting it all to practice with very Qi gong and Yin yoga. Yaisa teaches one more yin yoga class this Tuesday at 6pm, and mysore-style Ashtanga yoga classes run every morning 7:30-9:30am until Wednesday. Don’t miss the chance to practice with her before she heads back to Australia!
