❤️Tuesday - AM morning meditation. Sun Gazing. Juicing at midday.
PM Salt Therapy in the salt caves. Evening meditation.

❤️Wednesday - AM morning meditation. Hypnotherapy session to upgrade your inner child. Juicing at midday.
PM Sound bath. Massage session. Evening meditation.

❤️Thursday - AM morning meditation. Crystal healing. Juicing at midday.
PM Yoga. Evening meditation.

❤️Friday - AM morning meditation. Hypnotherapy for empowerment. Juicing at midday.
PM Exercise in the sea. Sun gazing. Gratitude circle. Evening meditation.
