للفت الانتباه..احنا عندنا مشكلة كبيره ف التعاطف مع الآخرين
دايما بشوف مواقف قدامى بطبيعه شغلى ف مجال العلاج الطبيعي و حابه بجد الفت النظر ليها من باب التراحم ما بيننا..
عايزة نتعود لما نشوف حد عيان و متضايقين عشان فى داخلنا نقوله ( ربنا يتم شفاك على خير) و بنظره كلها تفاؤل و ثقه انه فعلا هيكون احسن بدل ما دايما بنقوله (ربنا يشفيك) و بنظره ممتلئه بالحسره على حاله الذى وصل اليه… انتو مش متخيلين قد ايه ده بيوجع و بيكسر اى عزيمه جواه انه يبقا احسن .. حتى التعاطف لو مكناش بنبعث فيه الإيجابية فقلتها أحسن … خليك رحيم ❤️❤️

الاستمرار في العطاء الاستمرار في تقديم الحب الاستمرار في إنك تجتهد وتثابر الاستمرار إنك تحتفظ بنقاء قلبك بعد كل الأذى اللي اتعرضتله

الاستمرار إنك تصمم متبقاش شخص مؤذي في عالم بيعطي أهمية للمؤذيين

الاستمرار إنك تفضل أمين في شغلك وفي علاقاتك برغم إنك شايف الغير أمناء هما اللي شكلهم بيلمع أكثر ومكاسبهم أكثر.

Today marks the culmination of an incredible journey as I officially graduate from health coaching program from Intellect ! This health coaching program has been a transformative experience, equipping me with the tools, knowledge, and strategies to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
