We are pleased to welcome Ms. Lina to our Heal’s Team!⭐️

Lina Shaker holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, USA and a Master of Science in Mental Health Psychology from the University of Liverpool in Liverpool, UK.

She has also completed trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), deepening her integrative evidence-based approach to tailor to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Drawing heavily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she helps individuals reconnect with their values, cultivate mindfulness, and navigate life’s challenges with greater psychological flexibility and resilience.

Lina works with a wide range of mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, and everyday challenges. She is passionate about supporting individuals in living more meaningful, value-driven lives. Drawing on her clinical experience at Al-Mashfa Hospital and in private practice, she creates personalized treatment plans that foster lasting change.

Fluent in both English and Arabic, Lina offers culturally sensitive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds and is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
