PRECAUTIONS
•Use of direct cores with fiber posts is not indicated
for extensive oral rehabilitation in patients with
parafunctional habits.
•Use of the direct core with fiber post should only be
indicated to teeth with a minimum height of 2 mm of
coronal dentin.
•EXACTO should only be cut with diamond burs on
high speed under water cooling. Scissors and pliers
cannot be used. Use eye protection and a mask to
avoid inhalation of particles.
•Fiber posts must be completely covered by the
cementing agent or the composite resin. Exposed
fibers absorb water which deteriorates the
mechanical properties of the posts.

INTERLIG( Splinting), Braided glass fiber impregnated with light-cured composite resin.

ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS WHEN USING INTERLIG?

Interlig must be totally covered by the restorative resin because it absorbs water. In case of exposition to humidity, properties will be altered.Interlig is impregnated with light-cured resin and should be protected from light.

ليه لازم يكون عندك MTA - ANGELUS في عيادتك ؟🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

علشان بيستخدم لعلاج ال perforation الىى بيحصل من التسوس او ال internal resorption او لوعملت perforation من غير م تكون قاصد

كمان بيستخدم فى حالة ال reverse filling بعد ال Periapical surgery

و فى عيادة البيدو هيكون مهم جدا علشان ال Pulpotomy و Apexogenesis و ال Apexification

طب ايه اللى بيميز MTA - ANGELUS عن اى MTA تانى ؟

ال Biological action قوى جدا و بيحفز تكوين ال periradicular cementum

سهل الاستخدام و مش بيتأثر ب ال fluids اللى فى الفم غير كده هو عنده Low solubility features ف مش بيدوب مع الوقت

و علشان ال High alkalinity features اللى عنده فهو Bactericidal قوى جدا

و ممكن تستخدمه ك base تحت اى restoration علشان ال compressive strength عنده عاليه جدا غير كده ال Setting time اقل من 15 دقيقه ف تقدر تحط ال restoration على طول

و اهم خاصيه بقي انه radio-opaque بما يرضي الله 😅😅 يعني هتلاقيه بينور فى ال X- Ray 👌
