A patient presented to me a the Orthodontic Clinic faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University complaining from 2 severely extruded central incisors. The incisors were previously subjected to avulsion from trauma caused by a car accident and were managed by reimplantation and fixation. CBCT revealed bone loss with root resorption of the central incisors.
What would you think would be the proper management of such case?
