نجاح فريق جراحى طبى بمستشفيات قنا الجامعية فى إنقاذ ساق مريض من البتر باستخدام تقنية القسطرة التداخلية

أعلن أ.د/حجاجي منصور المدير التنفيذي لمستشفيات قنا الجامعية عن نجاح فريق جراحة الأوعية الدموية في إجراء تدخل طبي دقيق أسهم في إنقاذ ساق مريض من البتر، من خلال توسيع كامل للشريان الفخذي الأيسر المغلق وتركيب دعامتين باستخدام الأشعة التداخلية وذلك من ضمن الخدمات المتميزة التى تقدمها المستشفيات الجامعية في إطار خدمات وحدة القسطرة التداخلية بالمستشفى.

ويأتي هذا الإنجاز تحت رعاية أ.د/ أحمد عكاوي، رئيس جامعة قنا ، وإشراف أ.د/ علي عبدالرحمن غويل عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية.

وأوضح أ.د/ وليد محمد جمال عبد المتعال أستاذ ورئيس قسم جراحة الأوعية الدموية بكلية الطب والمستشفى الجامعي، أن الحالة تعود لمريض في العقد السادس من العمر كان يعاني من غرغرينا بالساق اليسرى. وبعد عمل جميع الاشاعات والفحوصات الطبية اللازمة تبين وجود انسداد كامل بطول الشريان الفخذي، مما تطلّب تدخلاً عاجلاً باستخدام تقنية القسطرة التداخلية دون اللجوء للجراحة التقليدية أو التخدير الكلي.

وأضاف أيضا أن الفريق الطبي قام بتوسيع الشريان الفخذي باستخدام البالون وتركيب دعامتين من نوع Smart Stent، عبر مدخلين شريانيين: الأول من خلال الشريان العضدي بالطرف العلوي الأيسر (Transbrachial Antegrade Approach)، والثاني من خلال الشريان المأبضي (Transpopliteal Retrograde Approach). وقد تم نشر الدعامة الأولى عبر المدخل العلوي (Antegrade Deployment) والثانية عبر المدخل السفلي (Retrograde Deployment) باستخدام الأشعة التليفزيونية لضمان دقة الإجراء.

تمت العملية بنجاح دون مضاعفات، وتم نقل المريض إلى القسم الداخلي لاستكمال المتابعة، وخرج لاحقاً في حالة مستقرة وبتحسن واضح.

والجدير بالذكر أن الفريق الطبي الذي أجرى التدخل ضم كلاً من: أ.د. وليد محمد جمال عبد المتعال أستاذ ورئيس قسم جراحة الأوعية الدموية، د. عبدالرحمن منوفي – مدرس جراحة الأوعية الدموية، ط. إسلام عاطف مدرس مساعد بالقسم وط.م/مكاريوس محسن طبيب مقيم بقسم جراحة الأوعية الدموية.

كما ضم فريق وحدة القسطرة التداخلية كلا من : الأستاذة كريمة عبدالله القرشي والأستاذ مصطفى سعيد.

وأكد الدكتور عبدالرحمن خيري، مدير مستشفى الحرم الجامعي، أن المريض خرج من المستشفى بعد التدخل وهو في حالة صحية مستقرة، مشيداً بجهود فريق الأوعية الدموية، ومعتبراً هذا الإنجاز إضافة جديدة لمسيرة القسم في تقديم الرعاية التخصصية المتقدمة للمرضى.
