Patient with high-energy trauma due to road traffic accident was admitted to ICU for 20 days and after the neurological stability ,patient admitted to maxillofacial surgery
patient complained of absence of the right eye movement ,ptosis and facial bone fracture
RTA resulting in frontal bone fracture, left infraorbita and zygomaticmaxillary fracture, right orbital floor and zygomaticofrantal fracture and le fort 1 fracture
Definitive management involved open reduction and internal fixation
-titanium mish in frontal bone and orbital floor fractures
-plates and scrow in infraorbital ,zygomaticmaxillary and nasomaxillary buttresses
