Dr Ossama Abdel Hamid, professor of Ear, Nose, Throat in Ain Shams University, Egypt. I have been in practice over 40 years serving young and old people with infections, cancer, allergy, hearing loss, voice changes and many other diseases in head and neck. I have operated thousands of patients with gratifying outcome. I served as a regional consultant for Eastern Mediterranean office of WHO for hearing especially for cochlear implant surgery for deaf children. I served as President of the Pan African Federation of Otlaryngological Societies between 2015-2019 and made many visits to different African coutries to promote health care related to Ear, Nose, and Throat among African people.

LEARN is a special program developed for teaching post graduate doctors on different operations in ENT using fresh frozen cadaver giving CME certificate in ear , sinus and nose plastic, sleep apnea and head and neck cancer surgeries.

Better Hearing Society was developed in 2010 to serve the deaf poor children in Egypt. We operated 800 cochlear implant, and provided 2000 of hearing aids for children and adults. We made many convoyes in the needy areas especially upper Egypt.
