- Requirements :
✔️ Fluent in English (spoken & written)
✔️ Strong computer skills
✔️ Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented
Scope of Work :
- Receptionist:
1- Greet and assist clients in a professional manner
2- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
3- Coordinate with the team and support daily front desk operations
- Data Entry Specialist:
1- Accurately input and update client information
2- Organize digital files and maintain records
3- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
