85 Y/O female patient with PCSEMS used as palliative treatment for dysphagia of esophageal cancer

A 64 y old male patient presented to hospital with an attack of hematemsis and melena after resuscitation.The patient underwent upper endoscopy which revealed large bulbar ulcer with adherent clot (forrest class llb ) . Diluted Adrenaline injected then 4 hemoclips was applied with good hemostasis .

today Monday 15 January 2024 included 4 interesting cases as following:
1) female patient aged 62 with unresectable cancer head pancreas for whom ( PC SEMS) stent was inserted with good drainage
2) female patient aged 40 with obstructive jaundice and papillary adenoma from which biopsy was taken successfully and PS was inserted with good drainage.
3) female patient 45 was introduced for removal of previous PS,on reaching the CBD, the stent was absent ( slipped stent)
4) female 37 years old was introduced for stent removal which was migrated deeply in the CBD, successfull removal was done by ballooning and snare resulting in good biliarydrainage.
