Mis X,
13 years old, lives in komombo city, came to our out patient clinic complaining of lower abdominal pain and burning sensation during micturation.
On examination,
She is Generally well,
Abdominally.. Tenderness, swelling in lower abdomen.
The patient gave history of imperforate a**s & colostomy was done at day 6 post natal., then diagnosis of colwacal deformity was done.& colopalsty, urethroplasty & vaginoplasty done at aboelreesh hospital at Cairo.
1 year ago, she started to complain of cyclic abdominal pain & dysuria... Diagnosed as cyst on ant wall of the uterus.
4 months ago, laparotomy was done with marsubilization of the cyst.
2 weeks later, midline laparotomy was done for acute abdomin for peritonitis, & acute appendicitis & Rt ovarian cyst & Rt ureteric cyst...
Appendectomy & Rt Oophorectomy with Rt ureteric cystectomy,
she still in ICU for 10 days.
5 days ago, she complained about recurrent lower abdominal pain & dysuria.
U/S & MRI revealed hematocolpus wit high vag transverse septum
Urological consultation order CT urography.
One blood unit was ordered.
Under general Anasthesia,
With hystroscopic guided , insertion of urinary catheter in hypospidus urethra in ant vaginal wall by urologist & Removal of the high transverse vaginal septum with insertion of catheter for evacuation of blood for 2 weeks was done by our consultants

استئصال كامل للرحم لسيده تعاني من سقوط كامل لسقف البدن مع عمل اصلاح أمامي وخلفي 💪💪
Mrs X,
55 yrs old, live in Aswan city, married for 36 yrs, para 5 VD, housewife with no special habits of medical importance.
She is complaining of feeling something protruding from her like egg-shell, & inability to control micturation for 3 yrs duration.
On examination,
She is,
Generally & Abdominally well.
Local examination,
By inspection, there is complete uterine prolapse 3rd degree, Sever or large cystocele & rectocel.
Lap investigations were done & were average normal.
Blood units were cross matched.
Echo EF 66%
internal medicine& anesthesiologistic consultations were done & the patient was fit for surgery.
Under regional Anasthesia,
VAGINAL HYSTERECTOMY & CLASSICAL REPAIR ( ANT & POST) was done & the allhumdulleala the patient is stable now. 👨‍⚕️💪

30 yrs old, live in Aswan, divorced from 4 years, para 2 vaginal delivery, last from 3 years, she is a nurse, with no special habits of medical importance.
She is complaining of urge inconteninence of 2 yrs duration, with pr symptoms.
On examination,
General & abdominal examination are normal.
Local examination,
There are both cystocele & rectocele.
Full investigations were done & all were average.
Classical repair ( ant&post) & perineorraphy 💪👨‍⚕️

#نصيحتنا
١-حضرتك لازم تتابعي حملك كويس جدا وتلتزمي بتعليمات طبيبك ومواعيد ولادتك التي حددها لكي 🙏
٢-مفيش حاجه إسمها أستني أولد طبيعي بعد ٤ قيصريات 🙆‍♂️🤷‍♂️
٣-لازم حضرتك تعرفي علامات الخطوره لو لم تتبعي التعليمات ومواعيد الولاده...... هنتكلم عليها لاحقا إن شاء الله فبوست لوحدها (غالبا فديو) 👨‍⚕️👌💪 انتظروااااااا

40 yrs old, G7P6 (previous 4 cesarean section) ,39wks, BREECH presentation, PROMs, married for 22 years, she is a housewife, with no special habits of medical importance.
She came to our emergency room complained of sudden gush of watery vaginal discharge followed by an abdominal hardening about 3 to 5 in 10 minutes which increased in its duration.
On examination,
She was generally well & vitally stable 🙏
Abdominally,
Uterine contractions 2 in 5 minutes, each about one minute
Local examination,
Cx dilated 6 cms, effaced 50 %, anterior position , breach presentation, station zero.
Full investigations were ordered, & blood cross matched.🙏
Emergency LSCS category one was done under regional Anasthesia,
Unfortunately, she ruptured on theater, but alhamdullelah, we repaired it 💪💪👨‍⚕️
And now each of the mother & her neonate are in good condition 💕👨‍⚕️
