AL Redwan for Trading & Engineering is seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to join our growing team in the medical supplies field.
📍 Location: Cairo,Tanta,Alexandria,Mansoura
📝 Job Description:
• Specialize in the service, maintenance, and technical support of medical devices (Radiology, Ultrasound, Physiotherapy equipment).
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for equipment.
• Coordinate with hospitals and clinics to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
• Provide training and technical support to medical staff on device use.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement by attending conferences, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve service performance targets and provide detailed technical reports.
🎓 Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (Bio-Medical, Physiotherapy, or Medical Engineering).
• 2–4 years of experience in medical device service and maintenance (must).
• Very good command of English.
