New dates for the Level 1 PSSE-Schroth course. Due to recent circumstances, we have made some adjustments to the June intake. The course will now take place from the 13th to the 18th of December 2026 in Cairo, Egypt.

Breaking the vicious cycle of scoliosis is not about quick results… it’s about patience, consistency, and teamwork 🤍

This is the progress achieved after one year of conservative treatment for neuromuscular scoliosis with lower limb spasticity. The journey is still ongoing, and compliance plays a huge role in maintaining and improving outcomes.

Her personalized management plan includes scoliosis-specific exercises, aqua therapy, wheelchair modifications, and bracing.

Progress takes time… but every step forward is a victory 💪

ده التطور اللي وصلنالُه بعد سنة كاملة من العلاج التحفّظي لإنحناء عمود فقري بسبب مرض عصبي مصحوب بشد في الاطراف السفلية. الرحلة لسه مكملة، والالتزام بالخطة العلاجية ليه دور كبير جدًا في الحفاظ على النتايج وتحسينها.

الخطة العلاجية كانت مخصصة، وشملت:
• تمارين مخصوصة لإنحناء العمود الفقري
• العلاج المائي
• تعديلات على الكرسي المتحرك
• حزام الضهر

بس كل خطوة لقدّام تعتبر إنجاز 💪✨

Congratulations to the 4th successful PSSE–Schroth Level 1 course in Cairo, Egypt 🇪🇬

Over the past days, we explored and practiced the foundational concept of the Schroth concept, including:

• A comprehensive introduction to the PSSE–Schroth classification system and its clinical application.
• Intensive hands-on practice of corrective breathing, exercises, and mobilizations for scoliosis and kyphosis.
• Developing clinical reasoning for exercise selection, planning, and progression.
• Observing real patient sessions, bridging theoretical understanding with clinical practice.

This little one came to us with plagiocephaly a condition where the head develops an asymmetrical flattening. It’s more common than many parents realize, beautiful results were achieved in just 4 months. Treatment was done by using cranial remodeling orthosis from company. This amazing collaboration was done at Egypt 🇪🇬

The earlier we start, the better the outcome. With awareness and commitment, plagiocephaly can be managed effectively! 👶💪

Meet our little champion who successfully completed treatment for deformational brachycephaly 💙

Brachycephaly is a head shape condition where the back of the skull appears flat and wide. With early detection, the right guidance, and consistent therapy, amazing improvements can be achieved. Treatment was using cranial remodeling orthosis from company. This amazing collaboration was done at Egypt 🇪🇬🎉

we were able to see remarkable changes in head shape and symmetry 🙌

Every case is unique, but this story is a reminder that early intervention works and that teamwork between therapists and parents makes all the difference! 🌟

📚 This was the largest ever online educational course with live teaching on Zoom, bringing together 69 participants from around the world.

🌏 PSSE-Schroth method continues to expand its global footprint, bringing PSSE-Schroth education to new regions. This Basic online course was:

🔎 تعرفوا إن في ناس عندهم إنحناء في العمود الفقري (scoliosis) بيتعرضوا لأشعة عالعمود الفقري كل شهر من غير لازمة؟ ❌

➡️ صحيح متابعة الجنف مهمة، لكن الأشعة الكتير ممكن تزوّد من خطورة التعرض للإشعاع – وده بيكون أخطر على الأطفال والمراهقين عشان أجسامهم أضعف وحساسة أكتر.

علشان كده اتعملت حملات دولية لتوعية الناس بخطورة الأشعة الغير ضرورية.

💡 المهم تعرف:
✔️ الأشعة تتعمل بس لو ضرورية طبيًا
✔️ في تقنيات آمنة أكتر زي الأشعة قليلة الجرعة EOS ممكن تكون متوفرة
✔️ الدكتور ممكن يتابع انحناء العمود الفقري بالكشف الإكلينيكي ومش دايمًا محتاج أشعة كتير

الموضوع كله عن: الفحص الصح، في الوقت الصح، للمريض الصح

Some people with scoliosis are being exposed to unnecessary monthly spine X-rays ❌

➡️ While monitoring scoliosis is important, frequent X-rays can add up to harmful radiation exposure—especially for children and teens whose bodies are more sensitive.

That’s why international campaigns were created to raise awareness about safe and justified imaging practices.

💡 What you should know:
✔️ Imaging should be done only when medically necessary
✔️ Safer techniques (like low-dose EOS imaging) may be available
✔️ Your doctor can often monitor scoliosis with clinical exams and less frequent imaging
