We are seeking a highly qualified and professional Receptionist to join our dental clinic in Madinety. The ideal candidate will be organized, well-presented, and capable of delivering excellent customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
Manage appointments, phone calls, and patient inquiries
Maintain patient records and handle administrative tasks
Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle billing, payments, and basic financial transactions
Represent the clinic with a positive and professional image
Requirements:
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Customer service experience (preferably in medical or dental field)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
