Position: Staff Accountant (Remote Work From Home)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team in a remote work environment. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill management requests related to financial data and reporting.
- Utilize accounting knowledge to contribute to team success.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
- Solid accounting knowledge and experience in similar roles.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with bookkeeping software and tools, particularly QuickBooks.
- Management of accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Expertise in reconciling bank statements to ensure financial records' accuracy.
