On daily basis we are exposed a lot of pressure that weakens our energy. We have a lot of unanswered questions and during our journey finding those answers our healing journey starts. It's a journey to get back our balance and harmony with universal energy and also to support mental, physical, emotional and spiritual life quality. In order to enjoy more of our daily details and overcome the stress. we do have a lot of tools (Power yoga- Yin yoga - Laughter yoga - Meditation - Reiki- Reflexology )

Nour (Hasnaa) during her journey through different roads of self development started to fulfill the void She had in her soul through Meditation, Yoga and Reiki . Following her passion adding value to people's life and helping them to find their own lights. She welcomes you to be with her in a journey to the light, a journey to overcome difficulties of the past and deal with challenges of the present in a way that helps every person to connect with his/her inner peace, joy and light inside.
