A floating session on large paddleboard that challenge your balance in a playful way, strengthens the core and promotes a deeper connection with nature. On a mental level, the mindful movement combined with breathwork quiets mental chatter, reduces anxiety, enhances focus and present moment awareness
Level: beginner-friendly, no experience required as class includes introduction, before the gentle practice.
