Start spinning! Strength, Focus and Flow. Bo Staff Training grounded me, challenged my coordination and sharpened my awareness in a way few practices do. It's not about force - it's about rhythm, control and trust in the movement.
Still learning, still spinning, still listening

✨ Thinking about doing a Yoga Teacher Training… but not sure which one is right for you? ✨

Choosing a YTTC is a big step. There are so many styles, schools, promises, prices, and timelines — and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or unsure if you’re making the right decision.

That’s exactly why I created my YTTC Preparation Course 🤍

This course is not about pushing you into a training.
It’s about clarity, confidence, and alignment.

🌿 You’ll learn:
• what really matters when choosing a YTTC
• how different styles, lineages, and formats truly differ
• what questions to ask before committing your time, energy, and money
• how to recognize if a course aligns with your body, values, and intentions
• what a teacher training actually requires — physically, mentally, emotionally
• whether becoming a teacher is truly your path (or if Yoga is meant to stay personal)

This preparation course is for you if you want to:
✨ choose consciously, not out of pressure or trend
✨ feel grounded and informed before saying yes
✨ trust your inner voice instead of marketing promises
✨ step into a YTTC feeling prepared, supported, and ready

A Yoga Teacher Training can be life-changing — when it’s the right one for you.
This course helps you listen deeply, ask the right questions, and choose from a place of clarity, not confusion.

💬 If you feel the call but want to move wisely, this is your first step.

This course ensures that aspiring yoga teachers are equipped with, physical aspects, philosophical, ethical, and proffessional tools.

As this year softens into the warmth of Christmas, I feel a deep sense of gratitude for the moments we shared — the conversations, the silence, the laughter, the presence.
For the time spent together that made something inside come alive again.

Thank you for showing up with open hearts, for creating spaces where the soul could breathe, where something subtle yet powerful began to move — like a quiet dance within the body.

May this Christmas remind us that the greatest gifts are not things, but moments of connection, warmth, and shared presence.
Moments that let our soul remember it belongs here, moving freely, gently, joyfully inside us.

Wishing you a peaceful, grateful, heart-warmed Christmas 🎄✨

Roaming through the silent desert I remember the Bhagavad Gita’s teaching that the soul is eternal and unattached, learning to walk without clinging even as the world around it shifts like sand.
The vast emptiness echoed Krishna’s reminder that fear arises from attachment, and in letting go—like a ghost unbound by form—the desert itself became a lesson in inner freedom.

Let them judge you.
Let them missunderstand you.
Let them gosip about you.
Their opinions arent your problem.
No matter what they do or say,
dont you dare doubt your worth
or the beauty of your truth.

Today I met my edge — that familiar place where comfort ends and challenge begins. My breath grew shallow, my thoughts started to push: Just a little deeper. Hold it longer.

But then something softer whispered back. It asked, What if enough is already enough?

I eased off, just a little. The pose softened, and so did I. In that gentler space, my breath returned — smooth, steady, forgiving. I realized that strength doesn’t only live in effort; it also lives in awareness. Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is to stop pushing.

The edge isn’t meant to break us open — it’s where we learn to listen.

Takeaway: Meet your edge with kindness. Growth happens not through force, but through gentle awareness.

Today, as I moved through my practice, I noticed how my body guided me long before my mind caught up. My breath slowed naturally when I needed rest. My hips paused just before pushing too far. My shoulders softened when I finally listened.

There’s a quiet wisdom that lives in the body — a kind of intelligence that doesn’t shout or reason. It speaks in sensations, in warmth, in resistance, in release. For so long, I tried to tell my body what to do. Now I’m learning to ask it instead.

When I trust its language, my practice becomes less about doing and more about listening. The body is not an obstacle to overcome; it’s a teacher waiting to be heard.

Takeaway: Your body holds its own wisdom — slow down, listen, and let it lead the way.

Today, during Nataraja Pose, my foot kept slipping, and my focus scattered. For a moment, I felt that familiar flicker of frustration — the mind wanting to “get it right.” Then I noticed the small dance my body was doing to stay upright: tiny muscles waking, the breath adjusting, the spine straightening, the abdomen softening.

It struck me — balance isn’t a frozen stillness. It’s a living conversation between effort and surrender. The wobble isn’t failure; it’s feedback. My body was simply reminding me to listen.

When I finally let myself sway a little, I found a steadier kind of calm — not rigid, but alive.

Takeaway: Let your wobble teach you. Balance is not about holding still; it’s about learning to move with grace.

My new book "Unblocked" is finally published. I describe how physical pain, chronic fatigue, and emotional stagnation are not random—but messages from a body whose energy has been trapped for too long.

This book offers a grounded yet spiritual journey into the deep intelligence of your body. From unresolved emotions to scar tissue, from postural habits to breath patterns, you’ll learn how energy gets blocked—and how to restore flow using powerful, practical tools.

I hope to inspire you to listen deeply to your body, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and reclaim your natural vitality—one breath, one movement, and one release at a time.

Yoga is...

It feels that sometimes we are losing track of the true essence of yoga, of the practice, and the wisdom of the practice.

The big question then is: what is yoga exactly? There is a huge misconception that yoga is just about sitting down, cross-legged, in silence. While this is a part of it, or at some point you will find yogis sitting meditating; there is so much more. There are 8 limbs of yoga, the physical practice is only one part of this. To me, yoga is about slowing down. Getting a connection with yourself again. Really starting to listen to yourself, through your own breath and finding what is good for you. I think this connection is starting to disappear in the modern world. By managing to master the physical asanas (postures), you bring yourself to the present moment. There should be a total focus during the practice, focus on the mind, body, soul, and breath. You can and will start to see progress, when you keep your focus on the activity at hand and when you keep practicing.

I invite you to become aware, focus and breath... namaste Gaby
