Happy 2016 to all of you, we hope that you had a great Christmas, no snow unfortunately for you all but maybe next year.

Sharm is still in limbo I am afraid. Flight arrival dates are constantly pushed back and we are now looking at March to start again. However the good news is that the security company contracted to undertake over seeing the security here in Sharm is due to do a complete check on the airport security systems on the 7th January.

We are told that providing the security give the OK then the FCO will advise the flight operators through the relevant government channels that they are quite happy for flights to resume to Sharm. The Egyptian government are quietly confident that they will pass the check with flying colours. So fingers crossed good news is not far away.

It has been a tough time for many here. Local shops, bars clubs and hotels have closed. A torrid time for the Egyptians and other nationalities. It can only get better and we are sure that Egypt will come back stronger from this.

We would like to thank you all for your support over the past few years and hopefully we will see you again in the near future. For your information, the weather is fab and the skies are blue!!!

Thank you for all your support, we are waiting for the updated announcement from the UK Government on the 25th of November as to the flight status to Sharm from the UK.

We are hoping Sharm El Sheikh will be back to normal as soon as possible so that we can continue to support the Egyptian people and the economy.
