هي أسم ياباني معناه " التطوير المستمر " .
و أحنا عباره عن نشاط طلابي خيري أصلاحي .
هدفنا : تطوير مستشفي الدمرداش بالأجهزه ( سواء طبيه أو غير طبيه ) عن طريق العمل الخيري
رؤيتنا :
أننا نجمع كل طلبه طب عين شمس علي الهدف ده و بعد كده نبقي مؤسسه غير هادفه للربح تجمع الشعب علي تطوير المستشفيات المصريه المجانيه

'Kaizen' is a Japanese word that means 'continuous development',
We are a student-run charitable activity that aims to renovate El Demerdash Hospital with devices, whether medical or non-medical, through charitable work. Our vision is to share this goal with all Ain Shams students, and then to be a non-profit organisation that brings people together to develop and renovate Egyptian hospitals.

فكرت تسيب طب؟

هو أنا خايف أكمل؟ ولا خايف أغيّر؟
وكل التعب ده… فعلاً مستاهل؟

طيب لو قابلت حد كمِّل طب بس نجح في مشروع تاني خالص… هل هغير رأيي؟

كل دي اسئلة جت على بالنا قبل كدا… و احنا هنجاوب عليها.

ايفنت Kaizen Open Mic: MedX Expanding horizons
جاي المرة دي بحدث مختلف وجريء بيفتح باب الكلام في موضوع كلنا فكرنا فيه بس قليل اللي اتكلم عنه.

في الايفنت ده، هتسمع قصص لأطباء اختاروا يكملوا مشوار الطب، بكل تحدياته وعظمته، و اطباء تانيين قررو يغيرو الاتجاه و يلاقو شغفهم في مكان تاني.

مش مقارنة… و لكن مساحة لفهم النفس، واكتشاف اختيارات مختلفة.

طب إيه اللي بيحصل لما حد يقرر يكمّل؟ أو يبتدي من أول وجديد؟

تعال شاركنا الحوار المشوّق ده في مدرج المحلاوي كلية الطب، جامعة عين شمس…
يمكن تلاقي إجابات، أو تطلع بأسئلة جديدة، بس الأكيد إنك هتسمع حاجة تشبهك، اسمع قصص حقيقية من ناس خدت قرارات مصيرية.
