Anger is complicated.
It can show up fast, linger underneath the surface, or get buried until it finally erupts. For many, anger feels overwhelming—or totally disconnected.
After previously writing two worksbooks on anger (one for Children and one for Teens), I decided to create a self-paced course to help people make sense of their anger and learn to work with it, not against it.
