من المعلومات المهمة جدا عن ال vfend(voriconazole) vial اللى هو antifungal و اللى اغلبنا مبيخدش باله منها هى ان الفيال فيه excepient اسمه cyclodextrin، فى حالات ال renal impairment ال excepient ده بيتجمع فى الجسم و بيعمل neurological side effects و عشان كدة لو مريض كلى اضطرينا نديله vfend يفضل ان احنا نديله ال tablet لو ينفع خصوصا ان ال bioavailability of tablet is about 96% فهيدى نفس effect ال vial تقريبا.
