I am an Aerospace Engineering at Imperial College London. As you can see from the photos attached, I have a sebaceous cyst on my right cheek and I would like to eliminate it by a surgery. I am interested in doing this surgery with you, but before coming there I have only to ask you a couple a question, after them we can book an appointment.
I have been fighting with it for a long time. It went away twice after a big inflammation but it returned after few months. Two months ago after a big inflammation a dermatologist did to me a shot of cortisone that deflated it completely leaving a little depression on my cheek. However it did not go away so in a couple of weeks it started to swell again. The scan that I have attached it is a scan that I did one month ago when it was just starting to swell. Currently the shape it seems a little bit different, the thickness has increased and (but it is only my impression) its boundaries seem closer to each other.
Finally I have understood that I have to eliminate the cyst by surgery because there is no other ways. Before doing it I would like to have some informations about the cost and especially about the scar that will result, because I really would like to avoid having a visible scar in the center of my right cheek. Do you think that is possible to avoid a scar with some new technique?

عندما تجد من تقول لك انك موهوب فى الجراحة وتبذل جهدا وصبرا لمنع الندوب وتتمنى ان تكون مساعدتك يوما ما

Also I thought lipomas were one big mass not lots of clumpy bits, that have come out so far, I'm half way through its making me itch for it to pop out now it's getting to me haha 😅 I would love to be your assistance for a day I am a major popaholic 😁

I happen to have had the opportunity to view your "No Scar No Stitches Sebaceous Cyst Removal" that you performed on the gentleman's nose cyst, a couple of days ago and was indeed very delighted. I would like to ask you a question, if I may, whether or not this procedure is limited to only the facial area??? After watching your video, it was my determination to choose your method for my own treatment and consequently took up the matter with the surgeon to whom I was referred by the dermatologist. This surgeon tells me that he is going to make an incision and a couple stitches and that he is a minimalist. I was naturally uttterly disappointed and actually quite disturbed. His reasoning was that the face is a different area to do the kind of procedure that you performed. And this is why I am writing to you. I am really of the opinion that I should NOT believe a word of what this doctor has said to me, and would like to search for someone else who could and would do it in exactly the same manner as you did.
I should like to point out to you that my sebaceus cyst of about "a milimeter in size and bump" located "2 (two) inches below the clavicle, and an inch from the center of the sternum," is by far an insignificantly tiny one in size ... to necessitate or demand any cutting or incision!!! as compared to the size of your patient's cyst on the nose. Would you not agree? You can liken the size of my cyst to a "single raw grain of rice."
I shall be very grateful to receive your kind response.
