من الأسهل على بعض الناس التنازل عن صحتهم في مقابل الاستمرار على ما اعتادوا عليه من أسلوب حياة و أصناف طعام بل يصعب على بعضهم مجرد فكرة الاقلال من طعام يضرهم و يصرون على الاستمرار بتناوله يومياً و يتمسكون بفكرة أن طالما كنت اكل نفس الطعام من سنوات و لم أشكو فلن أتوقف الآن
الصحة نعمة لا تقدر و الإختيار بيدك قبل أن تفقد الخيار
