Just a little bit of an introduction. ( she takes a bow ) Yoga shouldn’t be scary to those that haven’t tried it before or those that feel that they couldn’t keep up with their teacher. Yoga is for everyone looking for some movement & a little time out for their wellbeing. You will leave feeling lighter & happier for even just trying 🙏🏼 Come along to my super friendly classes and have a go. For those that don’t find it scary I’ve got lots for you to practice too ✨🤸🏼‍♀️💜

Hi.
My name is Sarah.
I have been teaching yoga here in Tenerife south for the last year and a half after moving here in 2023.

I have practiced yoga for over 25 years.
I fell in love with the mind body practice that left me feeling strong, yet calm, while giving me stability in my everyday life and supporting my well being.
I decided to do my yoga teacher training in India in 2013 which was an amazing experience followed up with many different teacher trainings and workshops.
🙏🏼I love sharing the knowledge I have with the yoga students that join me when I’m teaching.

✨I would like to say that my classes are very friendly. A little bit playful, adapting the poses to support those in my classes, this allows all levels from beginner to intermediate students to get the most out of the practice.

🌴Yoga is a great way to start your day. Waking up your body with a good stretchy workout can set you up for the day! If this sounds like you?

I really enjoy meeting everyone who chooses to come & practice with me on this wonderful island. I feel so very grateful to be able to guide these beautiful people through a yoga practice that is suitable for them & their wellbeing. I hold classes twice a week on Tuesday evening & Friday mornings, but I love it when I’m asked to teach 1:1 or private group classes with a time to suit these students while they are on their holidays. Movement & relaxation are essential to keep your body & mind happy & healthy.

Last night I offered a Free Yin yoga practice to my regular Yogis to help me practice my techniques that I am learning on my Yin Yoga teaching course. I felt so much gratitude for them turning up and really enjoyed teaching a much slower practice than what I am used to. I can say that I actually left feeling relaxed too. More free offerings to come 🙏🏼💫
