Yes, I’m a 45+ woman, a mom of three, a wife (also a full-time “job” 😉), and a trainer with more than 20 sessions a week. But here’s the paradox — my sessions aren’t always physically heavy. Very often they are “brain workouts”: I work with people’s bodies, their psycho-emotional state, their breath, their movement quality.
And believe me — working with knowledge and the mind sometimes takes even more energy than working with muscles.
So my secret isn’t magic pills, but my lifestyle, my movement, my attitude, and the love I have for what I do.
But… let’s be real. In the autumn–winter season, when the workload is high and intense, it’s simply impossible to get everything the body needs from food alone. The body starts whispering: “Hey girl, I need some support!”
