So proud and genuinely happy after today’s class at Pink Gym 💗
Women from the breast cancer foundation stepped into strength training — some for the very first time — and created something truly powerful together.

We learned that technique matters more than heavy weights, that breathing changes everything, and that working in pairs builds motivation, connection, and confidence.

Today was the result of growth, lessons, and trust.
But the most important — they didn’t just hear me… they felt it in their bodies.

Endless gratitude to this incredible group ✨

Mujeres de la fundación contra el cáncer de mama dieron sus primeros pasos en el entrenamiento de fuerza — y juntas crearon algo realmente poderoso.

Aprendimos que la técnica es más importante que el peso, que la respiración lo cambia todo, y que trabajar en pareja crea motivación, conexión y confianza.

Hoy fue el resultado de crecimiento, aprendizaje y confianza.
Pero lo más importante — no solo me escucharon… lo sintieron en su cuerpo.

From the moment we stand up (around age one), our feet become our foundation. And they stay with us every single step of the way.

They shape our posture, control our gait, and give us stability. Flexible, strong feet absorb impact when we run, jump, or dance. And later in life? Their mobility still defines how confidently and freely we move.

So here’s a thought…

My favorite days are Wednesdays. 💗

When we meet at Sala Rosa, move to music and share strength, energy and smiles together.

Today the class was full, we worked hard, and at the end we were tired—but happy. Seeing so many strong women and men together means everything.

And today also brought an unexpected surprise — a certificate of appreciation. Thank you for the trust and for letting me be part of this beautiful community. 🙏🩷

Grateful for the experience of leading a special Sunrise Yoga & Injury Prevention class during a tennis camp at the beautiful The Ritz-Carlton, Abama — on the tennis courts and in the garden, surrounded by nature and ocean energy.

✨ Why stretching & mobility are essential for tennis players:
• Improve joint range of motion
• Protect shoulders, hips, spine, and knees
• Reduce risk of overuse injuries
• Enhance speed, rotation, and power
• Support faster recovery
• Improve body awareness and movement control

Tennis is explosive, asymmetrical, and demanding on the body. Without proper mobility and flexibility work, performance suffers and injury risk increases.

Our AquaFit sessions were full of dance rhythms 💃, strength training 💪, laughter, movement, and powerful feminine energy 🌊

And in one of the sessions, they surprised me by singing:
“Laura, I love you… Laura, I need you…” 🎶
I was deeply touched — straight from the heart 🥹💙

Moments like this remind me why I do what I do — with heart, with love, and with a deep belief in the power of women 🌸
